** To update your communication details or preferences, please log in to your profile on InvestorServe. Once logged in, you can seamlessly manage and adjust your contact information and communication settings to ensure they align with your preferences.
Review Your Address, Name and Date of Birth: Compare the displayed address name and date of birth with the one on your ID documents. If there is a discrepancy, it must be corrected before you can proceed.
Upload ID Documents: When you upload your ID documents, you will be asked to enter your address again.
Enter Address Carefully: Ensure that the address you enter matches exactly the address shown on your ID documents. This includes spelling, punctuation, and formatting.
Verify Consistency: Double-check both your displayed address and the address you enter during document upload to avoid any discrepancies. Accurate matching is essential for a smooth verification process.
